RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Lazy Tanks (Tank Tops), Lazy Lounge-Pants (Pyjamas) & Laid-Back Shorts are only subject to returns, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us via email or Whatsapp within 5-7 days of receiving the package for a refund or exchange. We would be happy to accept the return and offer a refund. We request you to fill this RETURNS FORM. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
We do not accept returns on Socks & Boxer Shorts due to hygiene issues, unless faulty. In case you receive a faulty product, email the LazySquad to email@example.com or Whatsapp us at +91-84489 48296 or fill out the RETURNS FORM, explaining the issue. we would get it picked and send the correct product, post verification.
How to return something?

The product should be unused, undamaged, and preserved in its original condition with all tags intact. We coordinate the logistics for reverse pickups. Once the package has reached our warehouse, the full amount of your returns will be refunded to your original payment method, within 10-15 business days, post verification.
All refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of cancellation or from the date of receipt of the returned garment at our warehouse.
You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase. Just drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us on +91-84489 48296 with the reference number/order ID of your purchase order, in case you have ordered the wrong product or if you wish to cancel. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately or within 24 hours after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Refunds are usually processed within 10-15 business days.
