Shipping policy

Per the Indian government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, from Monday-Saturday, we do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. Reputed delivery partners/logistics companies ship all purchases from our warehouse. All order confirmations are sent as text messages or WhatsApp messages, to allow confirmation of the order along with valid tracking information, which may be available after 24 hours. Please allow us 3-5 business days from receipt of your order for delivery. 

Given below are the shipping charges:

  • Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on all orders above ₹399.

  • For prepaid orders below ₹399, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged. Cash On Delivery (COD) is available. 

    Express shipment is available for an additional ₹69 per order. While we aim to deliver within 24-48 hours, please note that delivery times may vary in some cases due to factors beyond our control. Express Delivery is ONLY available for prepaid orders. For COD orders, we may request pre-payment to confirm your order.
  • If orders with express shipment are not confirmed or pre-paid within 24 hours, express delivery will be downgraded to standard surface delivery.

Occasionally, we run deals/schemes offering free delivery or deals waiving off the delivery charge.

For orders that are canceled during pre-dispatch, we will cancel your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange, post reverse shipment. Please refer to the Refund, Return & Cancellation policy. Or fill out this form for returns. 

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the LazySquad on the day of delivery or within 5 days of receiving your LazyPackage via email at hello@lazybumsapparel.com or WhatsApp at +91-84489 48296.

However, please note Lazy Bums Apparel Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID and WhatsApp number as specified during registration for smooth tracking of packages.
